2. Must attend three VBVFD Business meetings at Station 3 (the first Monday of every month at 6:00 pm) to be voted on as a new member. The July and September meetings are typically moved to the following Monday evenings because of the holidays.

3. Complete FEMA courses below and turn in with your completed application at your third meeting.

Applicants must obtain certificates of completion from the following web-based independent study programs offered by the Federal Emergency Management Institute. These courses are free and can be accessed at FEMA Training Courses.
